Management and leadership 2026-2031

As part of its new site project 2026-2031 and under the impetus of a new management, the Centrale de Gravelines is partnering with the Sens & Travail Chair at Icam Lille to carry out a major research-action mission. This project aims to carry out an in-depth inventory of managerial practices with 80 team leaders. The objective is to map current leadership styles while accurately analyzing the gap between the "work prescribed" by the organization and the operational reality of the field. By studying the appropriation of the strategy and the real impact of management tools such as Lean or KPIs, this study will provide a factual basis for the future managerial roadmap. This will thus make it possible to reconcile the historical achievements of the site with the new ambitions for performance and meaning for the years to come.
