Analysis of the dynamics of appropriation of digital tools

"The study is structured in three parts:

(1) Analyze the way in which employees and managers use a digital solution for managing activities, particularly the Fabriq solution, in their daily work.

(2) Identify the effects of this tool on operational management, work organization and teamwork functioning.

(3) Highlight the conditions that influence the favorable or unfavorable appropriation of a digital solution, as well as the effectiveness of the support process for implementation. The study would focus on a target audience of employees and managers."
